Exchange & Return

Each product is curated with a lot of effort and affection. We do not offer refunds on any product sold, as a company policy. Once the product has been sold, it can be exchanged for, OR a credit note can be issued (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). 


If you are unsure of the size and would want to exchange your purchase, please email us at and a member from our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days to walk you through the process of exchanging your product. They may ask for further information or images to evaluate your return request. Please do assist them. 



  • Once a product is exchanged, the process can not be repeated twice. 

  • Made-to-order products ( according to size/colour specification provided by you ) and items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns and exchange. 

  • All products bought on sale/promotions are not acceptable for exchange.


Please make sure that you understand which products are eligible for exchange before purchasing.


  • Custom-made and Made to order products.

  • Orders placed using store credit.

  • Products that were marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable ( Final Sale) at the time of purchase.  

  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse, Semi-stitched suits with unstitched pants. 

  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.

  • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, potlis, scarves, belts, footwear, etc.

  • Products that are purchased in any sale/promotion organized by us.

Shipping information 

  • Free delivery on orders above 3,000/- INR within India. 

  • All taxes and tariffs are included in the price of the product mentioned on the Website for delivery within India.

  • Customers must pay customs charges and local taxes to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery for deliveries outside of India. The amount of tariffs and taxes you pay is determined by your destination country's laws and policies ( If any ) 

  • International Orders will be charged on the delivery as per the delivery location.

  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

  • It's possible that a designer won't be able to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such scenarios, you will be given the choice of an alternate option/store credit / full refund.

  • A tracking number and link to our courier company will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

  • Orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. Due to unforeseen circumstances If your order is delayed more than 2 weeks of the expected Delivery Time, we will contact you to see if you still want to proceed with your order.
