Damaged/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier, the customer must check the invoice for the required products and quantity.


Please make a suitable note on the receipt to the logistics service provider/courier before accepting the delivery of the products if any discrepancy is discovered or damage to the packet is seen.


Please contact/email at within 48 hours of receiving the damaged / defective/incorrect product. Your email should include the following: 

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product.

  • Photograph of the product received.


Your purchase is eligible for returns or exchange only if it fits the following criteria: 

  • You have received an incorrect product, i.e. the product does not match the item listed in the order confirmation email. 

  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.


After our Quality Check team has verified the manufacturing flaws, our customer care team will send you an email or contact you to guide you through the process. 

The product must be received within 10 days of the Customer Service Department's suggestion. Please make sure the item you are returning is unworn, unused, and has all of the original tags attached.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We do not issue refunds If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been given to us, or if our shipping agency makes three failed delivery attempts and/or the shipment is denied by the recipient. trousseau essentials


We have made every attempt to reflect the accurate colours of our products on our website. Yet, we cannot guarantee that your display screen's portrayal of the colour will be 100% accurate as of the display on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may vary.

Store Credit / Refund

Following a quality check, we will gladly offer you a store credit, if applicable in your case. As per the Terms & Conditions, this will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that you can only cancel an order within 24 hours after ordering it. No cancellation requests will be accepted once the order has been processed for 24 hours.
